Equipment Needed

I have devised a list of equipment/ props that we will need on the day of filming:

5 Cameras - We need to ensure there is one extra camera so that Connor can film the behind the scenes footage freely without having to periodically hand it over to get shots of the band.
5 Tripods - Obviously we need steady shots and as little movement unless intended.
3 Jazz style microphones - We have only confirmed that we can get 1 at this point, so if that is the case, the school's regular microphones will have to suffice.
A speaker to play the song from - enables the band to successfully mime in time with the song  to avoid any syncing problems later.
A device to play the song e.g. Iphone
A projector - for the possibility of displaying the band name as the backdrop
A laptop - to connect to the printer in order to actually show the name
A white sheet - for the photoshoot after the filming (to act as a backdrop)
A microphone - for the behind the scenes footage which plugs into the camera to get better audio recording
Storyboards, lyrics and timings sheet, any other paperwork - Max has fully organised his notes and things ready for the shoot which he should bring along to ensure we all know what we are doing.
Production Schedule - Molly will be handing out production schedules for everyone and we should all bring our own copy to ensure no mistakes or hindrances occur due to not knowing any times etc.
Food and drink - everyone should be kept well fed and unthirsty to ensure we can all work well and stay happy throughout the day as it could be quite a long day.
